Return and refund policy

We understand that sometimes the items you purchase may not be the right fit for you. If that's the case, you can always exchange or return your order so long as:

  • The items are unworn, undamaged, in a re-sellable condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.

We offer free returns for orders shipped within Australia and New Zealand. For international returns, you are responsible for covering the costs of sending your item/s back to us. However, we will send your exchange items free of charge.

Please return items to us using a mail service that provides tracking or insurance. We are only responsible for items received and cannot maintain responsibility for returns/exchanges lost in the shipping process.

When Will My Return Be Processed?

Once your return has reached our office, please allow up to 14 days for it to be processed. Funds can only be refunded to the method of payment used for the original purchase. 

The time it takes for refunds to be processed can vary between different financial institutions.

faulty Or Flawed Products?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If the item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your original order with evidence of the fault.

We will send out a replacement item free of charge.
